A referral partner is any solution provider, independent software vendor (ISV), consulting firm, or systems integrator that understands the project management solution market and can identify opportunities for Sustanalyze. Referral partners notify a Sustanalyze representative and introduce us to the prospective customer.
The SustAnalyze team will take charge of the sales process. Referral partners are offered a referral fee for the referred business that Sustanalyze closes.
A reseller is any third party solution or software provider that distributes enterprise software and technology products directly to end customers. Resellers identify opportunities for Sustanalyze and sell Sustanalyze licenses to earn revenue on the sale.
Resellers manage most, if not all, of the sales process. Resellers are given a percentage of the total business they identify, manage and close.
